3 YOGA POSES TO GET FLAT STOMACH IN JUST ONE WEEK

                         Today we are gonna share with you best 3 yoga poses to get flat stomach in a week.

1. BHUJANGASANA

The cobra pose.... This is one of the best exercises to reduce belly fat as well as to improve your health. In this pose spinal cord, vertebra, abdomen , neck and hand muscles are getting good amount of stretch and massage, hence this pose is very good for all these areas. It also helps in curing all thyroid related problems. It helps in evoking gastric fire which is very helpful proper digestion and metabolism. And the main thing it can do is to reduce the belly fat very fastly and helps you to get a flat stomach within a few days if you do it properly.

HOW TO PERFORM :

Lie upside down on a yoga mat. keep your both hands on the sides of your both ears a few distance apart. Now by inhaling slowly raise your head, your eyes, neck, vertebra respectively and reach the pose as shown in the figure. Do not over stretch, stop when you reach the limit. Stay in the pose for few seconds and then exhale and come back and rest for few seconds , then repeat the procedure for at least 10 times, then increase it to 20 times  a day. You can see fast results.

2. DHANURASANA

The bow pose... This might be a little difficult to perform for the first time, but if you practise this pose you can definitely become an expert and reap the golden benefits of this pose. In this pose the stretch and massage is experienced in abdomen, neck, legs, hands, vertebra , back etc . You can feel the massage experienced in the muscles while performing this pose.This is a very good pose to reduce belly fat and get a flat stomach within a week, This pose helps in curing thyroid related problems as well as any indigestion problems. 

HOW TO PERFORM :

Lie upside down on a mat. Slowly raise your head back by inhaling and legs forward and then try to hold your legs with your hands by bringing it backward then stretch as much as possible you will feel a see saw like feeling. Hold the pose for few seconds and then slowly relax. You should breathe in a normal way while holding the pose. Repeat this for 10 times a day.

3. PARVATHASANA

The mountain pose... Yet another best pose to get flat stomach in a week. This is a pose in which the person performing this has to stand like a mountain. In this pose the stretch and massage is experienced in the abdomen, legs, thighs ,hands, vertebra etc. This pose increase blood circulation towards your face and helps in getting a glowing skin. In this pose, the vertebra is stretched in a straight way toward the earth,  hence this prevents any back pain in future. This also helps in reducing varicose vein problems. Also helps in proper digestion.

HOW TO PERFORM :

Stand straight in mat. Slowly raise your hands by inhaling then bend your body forward by exhaling and touching you hands on the floor and then bring and stretch your legs backward so that your buttocks should face the ceiling as in the picture. You should not bend your knees. Slowly release the pose and come back to the initial position. Repeat this pose for 10 times per day.
